We had another great day at the zoo. The weather was great, the kids were good, and the place was nearly empty. We started the day at the San Diego Zoo planning out our route again.
And so began our trek around the VERY large zoo. I thought this was cool. They had a cheetah out on leash walking the paths of the zoo. There was also a dog being walked at the same time. We found out that the dog was the cheetahs best friend. We didn't think much of it until we reached the animals cages and found out that many of the cats we paired with best friends. The dogs lived at the zoo in the cages with the cats. It was very interesting.

We ended the night have movie night by the pool at our hotel. We watched Toy Story III, had a picnic with BBQ ribs, and had popcorn.

Looks like you guys are having a GREAT time!!! Can't wait to hear about all the details when you get home! We sure miss you here at CC. Glad you are having fun, but hurry home, it isn't the same without you here! :-)
San Diego is one of my very favorite places. When we went to Texas last summer we stayed at a Motel that showed movies at the pool at night and we loved it. Having a meal and drinks by the pool is so much fun. When I was there in January I took in a whale watching tour and it was amazing. Just an idea.
