Spring Finally....

Wow!  It's been awhile - have you missed me?

Today we finally had a sunny day so out to the yard we  went.  

The kids and I shopped for flowers this morning and then we spent the afternoon planting our flower pots.  It was a lot of fun and Paige was really a big help this year.  She did a lot of the work herself!  

Parker on the other hand liked the dirt, but couldn't figure out why his eyes would hurt after rubbing them with his dirty gloves.  We spent a lot of time going inside to wash the dirt out of his eyes with a washcloth - but darned if we were going to take off the new gardening gloves!

Now...to keep them alive all summer!
