Katy Perry might not be a name you give much thought to in a day, but at our house she is "All that and a bag of chips."
It all began one evening when our family ended up watching, Making the Video. Katy's Perrys Firework was the video being made. Paige was very intrigued by this show because people had fireworks shooting out of their bodies. If you've never seen the video it actually has a great storyline behind it. We explained it by telling her that the people had fireworks coming out of their bodies because they chose to do something brave that took a lot of courage.
And so began her love of Katy Perry :) We love to dance to the song, we talk about her all of the time, and we love to watch the video over and over on the DVR.
The other night Paige made her own video at Chad and Tiff's house of herself dancing to the Firework song. It's kind of a long video but she pulls out some really good moves about halfway through. 1:06 is when the really good moves come out :) In my opinion the funniest part is Chad signing along in the background, but don't tease him because he may make me destroy the video then :)
