Trying to use up last years deer before we get this years back from the processing place. I love hunting season...nothing better than the smell of meat throughout the house - that was a sarcastic comment for those of you that don't know me any better!

Kim said.. I hear you Nikki, Bruce made jerky this past weekend with this years deer. I made him dehydrate it in the garage though.. Yuck..
I'm with Kim - Jerky making in the garage only. It's bad enough my car smells like it when I first drive out of the garage.
