Off To School!

Well as of yesturday Gunner is off to school! We are all going to miss him (yes, even me) but we can't wait to see him when he returns. Corey went and dropped him off yesturday. When I asked about how it went he made some sort of "boot camp" comment because he didn't get to take his treats or bones with. He also isn't allowed visitors until the last week because of confusion for the dog. The trainer believes that everytime the owner comes back into the picture, the dog will begin listening to the owner again instead of the trainer. Then he has to start back at square one. I personally don't think that would have been a problem for Gunner becuase he didn't listen to us in the first place! Well, we will keep you posted, we are supposed to get a parent-phone call every Sunday letting us know about his progress! It's going to be quiet around here without him, but we have 30 days to reconstruct all of the damage hea has created this winter. Hold me to these words bloggers....Gunner WILL come home to a fenced yard with all of the amenities a dog can dream of. I, in turn will gain an OUTSIDE dog!
