Race Weekend in Brainerd

 We headed down to Brainerd to get away for the weekend, attend a few races, and visit with old friends.  Paige completed her first 1K and did a great job. It was a good warm-up for her 5K in three weeks :)  She had a blast and is soooooo proud of her medal - in fact she wore it to school today and told everyone about it!

Daddy began his racing season this weekend too.  He ran his first 10K and did a great job, but you know him he's already planning how he's going to cut time for the next one! We think he did great 9th place ain't half bad :)

We also did a lot of swimming while we were there, but mom only took one picture.  It was fun, relaxing, and the weather was beautiful.  We couldn't have asked for a better weekend away!
